Initial Purchase Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with our software or services within 7 days of purchase, you may request a full refund. This guarantee applies only to first-time purchases.
Technical Issues: Refunds may be considered if you encounter persistent technical problems that prevent the proper use of the product or service, provided that our support team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.
